The Caldwell Collection at Mustang Field began as the dream of one person but nothing of significance can ever be built, grown or maintained by just one individual. Teamwork is not just important it’s required to make something as special as The Collection happen.

Tony Caldwell

The museum’s founder, namesake and Board of Directors Chair Tony Caldwell is a lifelong aviation enthusiast and commercially rated pilot. He is an entrepreneur who has started and grown a number of significant businesses including One Agents Alliance.

 

Tony has always been involved in giving back to his community through service as a volunteer or board member of a number of local and statewide organizations and has served as an elected official. You can learn more about Tony here.

Chris Moslander

Chris is a Certified Public Accountant who has served as Chief Financial Officer or Chief Operating Officer for several Oklahoma City based companies including at one time, One Agents Alliance. 

 

Chris serves on the museum’s Board of Director’s.  Chris and Tony have been friends for over 20 years and brings his financial acumen to the 501c3 non-profit corporation

Rob Lock

Rob maintains and restores The Collection’s aircraft and operates Waldo Wright’s Flying Service, his restoration business, in the museum’s hangar.

Les Banta

Les serves on the museum’s Board of Directors and is one of its most active volunteers.  Les and Tony learned to fly together and have shared friendship and aviation adventures for decades. 

 

Les is an entrepreneur and businessman having founded the Double Life Corp an international supplier of oil field equipment based in Oklahoma City. â€‹â€‹

Emily Overand 

Emily serves as the museum’s webmaster, marketer, and most passionate coordinator.  She works with Tony in his businesses as his right hand strategic executive assistant. 

​

Leading with curiosity and a background in applied psychology, Emily brings a thoughtful, people-centered approach to every interaction and piece of content she creates. Her enthusiasm for the project is rooted in honoring the resilience of early aviators, celebrating history, and creating an experience that makes every visitor feel connected, whether they are a lifelong aviation enthusiast or new to the world of antique aircraft.
