The Caldwell Collection at Mustang Field is a one-of-a-kind aviation museum and we want you on the team! Join fellow students, community leaders, and aviation enthusiasts for a hands-on volunteer experience that helps bring Oklahoma history to life.
As a volunteer, you’ll be part of a living aviation museum where the aircraft are not statues, they actually fly. Whether you’re passionate about aviation, enjoy greeting guests, or simply want to serve your community, there’s a place for you here.
What We’re Looking For

Dependable and professional

Comfortable engaging with visitors of all ages

Able to commit to a consistent volunteer schedule (weekly or monthly)

Enthusiastic about history, storytelling, and teamwork
Volunteer Roles Include:

Museum Hosts & Docents – Greet visitors, answer questions, and bring history to life.

Event Support – Assist during special events, fly-ins, and educational programs.

Maintenance & Preservation – Help care for exhibits, displays, and museum spaces.

Administrative Support – Assist with behind-the-scenes organization and projects.
